Permits are obtained by local authorities. With approval from Becker County Sheriff, the Auditor-Treasurer issues an outdoor fireworks display
permit. Inside city limits contact the city clerk with approval from the
local Fire Chief.
Application must be filed at least 15 days prior to event.
Permits are not issued to private parties. State certified public display fireworks operator must supervise the display.
