Minnesota Statute 342.22 authorizes Becker County to register Cannabis and Hemp businesses before the retail sales to customers. Registrations
are issued in the county the retail establishment is located.
Fees
Initial registration fee includes the new registration fee and the first annual renewal fee (good for 2 years). The next renewal fee is charged at
the time of the second renewal date and each subsequent annual renewal thereafter. (example: January 1, 2026 - Initial registration and renew fees for
Cannabis retailer - $1,500.00. Next renewal is January 1, 2028. Fee is $1,000.00)
